THERE IS A BIRD IN THE HOUSE - SAVANNAH SIFFORD

March 13 - June 11, 2025

To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the inspired program, which began in 2015, inspired tenfold includes There Is a Bird in the House, a solo exhibition by photographer
Savannah Sifford—six years after her first appearance in the program. She participated in the inspired exhibition in 2018 and 2019 while attending the Academies at Jonesboro High School.

“We are incredibly grateful to have been the home of Savannah’s first museum exhibition back in 2018, and we are incredibly proud of how much she has grown as an artist since her time as an inspired student. Thank you for allowing us to show your work again.”

BIO
Savannah Sifford is a delta region photographer based in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in photography from Arkansas State University. Using her skills in digital and film photography, she primarily focuses on unfeigned personal feelings that viewers can connect to wholeheartedly. When I was in high school, I was able to participate in Inspired. Having a museum interested in local art students and their work helped me with my confidence in my own work. Being able to say my art was on display at a museum in high school gave me the confidence to continue to create.

"Now I am at the end of my time in college, still putting my everything into my pieces. I hope I can inspire someone to keep on creating."
